Has anyone out there taken the antipsychotic halledoll (haloperidol)?If so tell me how it affected you negatively,or positive.And did you expierience any side affects.My doctor perscribed 1 mg tablet of haledol at night for me to take with 400 mg of seroquell and also 200 mg trazodone.l have not taken the medicine yet because l wanna know how others have expierienced it before l do?Also,is he tryin' to kill me?
Having multiple sclerosis, I have trouble sleeping & also take an antidepressant. I must tell you, they gave me haldol & I would NEVER take it again. It gave me horrible nightmares & if u research the drug, there has been many adverse reactions & rarely used anymore. I highly rec. u do NOT take it all !! I do take xanax 3mg to sleep.
There is a drug, Rozerom that is a really nice drug to help u sleep, I am going on that as soon as my mail order arrives. There is no adverse affects , ask u doctor if he has samples for you.
I doubt he is trying to kill you, he would not get paid then. I've been on haldol.it dries up your emotions, makes a zombie of you. Try cutting the dose in half or quarters. I take xanax (alprazalom) .5mg for sleep(anxiety). I started w/1 mg but could not shake sleepiness next day.
