u first need to see a doctor. If u r in the USA, call ur local United Way to get an appointment with a free doctor. They will prescribe u the drugs u need, & possibly give u some samples. Then, u have to find out which drug company manufactures them, & u can apply for patient assistance from the drug company. If u make less than like $13000 a year, they will consider u elligible, & let u have the drugs usually free of charge for a year or more. But, ur first step is to call the United Way if u r in the USA. Good Luck, hope everything is ok. OH! & another idea is, that at Walmart, they have many drugs that r only $4 per month, if u ask them just for a month is supply. You can find out which drugs r on their $4 program on their website.

A lot of companies are putting out generic versions of drugs very cheaply. Walmart has a program where they sell the generic versions of popular drugs for $4 a bottle. I got anti-depressants that way, and I imagine that antipsychotics might also be available. Ask a psychiatrist, they should be able to help.
